I remember back in the day Defjam was the "IT" label, they helped introduce the the world to some of my favs, Public Enemy, The Beastie Boys, Cool J and RUN D.M.C.
Over the years my love for the label died as most of the acts they put out did not move me at all.
KRS-ONE as always speaks the truth on DefJam...
