PeeWee Gets An iPad

I still think I am going to pass on the iPad... apple is the shit, but they also know how to milk pockets dry.
Still I am happy to give them my hard earned cash then Microsoft...ANYDAY!
I will really have to see if it is worth buying, I am guess no, but I am willing to bet it is a super cool product.

I love AVATAR, but it seems like James Cameron is stealing from people...

And Termintor... so sad.

While geeks the world over are eagerly awaiting Avatar, the return of James Cameron to the original sci-fi territory he's proven a master over with The Abyss and Terminator/Terminator 2, fans of obscure science fiction novellas from 1957 are being struck with deja vu. A reader tipped off genre championsio9 to the story Call Me Joe by Poul Anderson, a story that sounds remarkably like Cameron's supposedly original script that revolves around humans that use the bodies of an alien species via a mental connection as physical avatars, and proceed to use said avatars to exploit the resources of the alien's home world.

From the io9 post, "Like AvatarCall Me Joe centers on a paraplegic - Ed Anglesey - who telepathically connects with an artificially created life form in order to explore a harsh planet (in this case, Jupiter). Anglesey, like Avatar's Jake Sully, revels in the freedom and strength of his artificial created body, battles predators on the surface of Jupiter, and gradually goes native as he spends more time connected to his artificial body."

Now that certainly sounds awfully similar to Avatar, and if that simple description is not evidence enough to inspire doubt, Avatar's integrity is done no favors by the cover art for Call Me Joe. As seen at the top of this post, the life forms on the surface of Jupiter in Anderson's story are large, blue-tinged hybrids between humanoids and cats; which are not unlike the Na'vi, the humanoid-cat race that roams Cameron's Pandora.

There is no word yet if Poul Anderson's estate will be seeking legal recourse from James Cameron and Fox, but if lawyers do get involved, Cameron doesn't exactly have a clean record. Below you can see noted science fiction writer Harlan Ellison relay the lengthy legal history he had with Cameron over the similarities between The Terminator and two of his own stories. Though the issue never went to trial, Ellison explains how he was finally given an 'inspired by' credit on Cameron's film (in addition to some financial compensation). The question is, will anyone representing Anderson put up a similar struggle?

DustTag iPhone App Lets You Create Graffiti Rendered in 3D

My girl just picked herself up a iphone, she deserves it!
You can tell she is in love with it, I love it also...but she needs to grab this application.

DustTag is an iPhone application designed for graffiti writers that visualizes the motion involved in the creation of a tag. Motion data is recorded, analyzed and archived in a free and open database,, where writers can share 3-D animated representations of their hand styles. All tags created in DustTag are saved as Graffiti Markup Language (GML) files, a new digital standard used by other popular graffiti applications such as Laser Tag and EyeWriter. DustTag is fully compatible with the Graffiti Analysis 2.0 software suite, which is available online for free and can be used to playback DustTag creations from the iPhone on your OSX, Windows or Linux desktop systems.
DustTag was created by artist and Graffiti Research Lab co-founder Evan Roth, and artist and openFrameworks guru Chris Sugrue. Graffiti Analysis is an open source initiative built in openFrameworks and is available online for free
* Line thickness based on speed.
* Tags rendered in 3-D based on time.
* Rotating the phone rotates the tag in 3-D.
* Multi-touch functionality for navigating 3-D environment.
* All tags can be uploaded to for free download.
* All DustTags can be played back in OSX, Windows and Linux desktop systems.
* Ability to tag graffiti data with keywords.

Finally a funny clown!!

I hate clowns, all of them, even the ones who visit children in the hospital...I think they make the children more sick.
I had a bad experience  with a french clown back in the 70s. My grandmother lost me at a amusement park back in Montreal and I started to panic.
Some big loud french clown spun me around and yelled something in french, I think he said "Is everything o.k. lil friend?!"
I screamed, cried and may have even shit part of my soul.
Fuck clowns.
This clown is funny though.

I love cats, more of a dog person but cats are amazing creatures, I own 3!!
I guess the bear won... garbageality?

Its funny, strange and a lil bit on the annoying side...still giver a whirl!

Painting by Picasso to undergo repairs after visitor to the Met accidentally falls onto it

I don't get people, careful, gawd.
A notable painting by Picasso will undergo repairs after a visitor to the Metropolitan Museum of Art accidentally lost her balance and struck it.

The museum says the accident caused a vertical tear of about 6 inches (15 centimetres) in the lower right-hand corner of "The Actor," painted by the artist during the winter of 1904-1905.

The museum says the damage didn't affect the "focal point of the composition."

Curatorial and conservation staff assessed the painting's condition following Friday's accident when a visitor attending a class struck the artwork in one of the museum's galleries.

$50.00 God of war Kraytos mask...

I bought this Kraytos mask at SPENCERS who just so happen to be going out of business. They are marking prices down like 90% off everything, not much left but I found this and had to buy it.
So...this only cost me 5 bucks opposed to 50 big ones, and I know what I will be going out as for next halloween.
Bust that!
