Cost/Benefit analysis of legalized pot

All the money spent fighting pot and keeping people in jail over this is ridiculous. Marijuana has never killed anyone, Alcohol and cigarettes have killed ...but it is O.K. to have those.
Then the same people who make these stupid laws go and bomb the shit out of other counties. They do this for our freedom??
Thats why I think, no I KNOW, politicians, the government and our laws are filled with dirty tricks and lies.
I have not smoked weed in years but I think it should available with out consequence and punishment.
Could you imagine how much better music would sound, all the funky art that would be created...potato chip sales would go threw the roof!
